The Downloadable Digital Prompt Collection

Sometimes one good question is enough.

Not quite the usual journaling prompts...

These aren't “20 prompts for confidence” where every question is a variation of “What are you proud of?” 😁 They're intentionally a little unexpected. Some are sideways questions. Some are specific. Some might make you laugh, hesitate, or wonder why on earth I'm asking you that.

Letting Go

Not quite the usual journaling prompts...

You've probably seen plenty of lists of journal prompts.

These are a little different. Intentionally.

I don't want to give you twenty versions of a question you already know how to answer.

I'd rather give you the one that makes you stop.

The one that comes at something sideways.

The one that makes you smile, catches you slightly off guard, or has you staring at the page thinking, Oh... now that's interesting.

Because the point isn't to fill twenty pages with twenty perfectly considered answers.

It's to notice what happens when you meet a question you weren't expecting.

Sometimes you'll write three pages.

Sometimes three words.

And occasionally you may decide you don't like the question at all.

That might be worth noticing too.

The prompts aren't the magic.

What you notice is.

Sometimes you just need a question that makes you stop.
One that nudges at something you've overlooked.
One that takes your thoughts somewhere unexpected.
Or one that makes you put your pen down for a moment and think...

Oh.

That's what The Digital Prompt Collection is for.

Each little collection contains 20 carefully chosen journaling prompts around one theme.

They're not designed to give you the answers.
They're designed to help you hear yours.

Choose one prompt or work through all twenty. Write three words or three pages. Come back tomorrow, next month or whenever one of the questions starts calling again.

There is no right way to use them.

Small enough to begin today

Each collection is a beautifully designed digital PDF you can download immediately and keep.

Print it.
Save it to your phone or tablet.
Keep it beside your journal.

Choose a number at random.
Or read all twenty and begin with the question that makes you slightly uncomfortable. Those can be interesting.

And because exploring yourself shouldn't require a major purchasing decision every time curiosity strikes:

Each collection is just £2.22.

No, I don't expect twenty prompts to make you rich.

They're £2.22. I think that's enough financial promises for one PDF.

The prompts aren't the magic.

What you notice is.

Every collection is simply a doorway.

Where you go once you open it?

That's entirely up to you.

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to be someone who already journals?

Not at all. You don't need a journaling practice, a special notebook or any idea what you're going to write. Choose a question, give yourself a few quiet minutes and begin wherever you are.

Do I have to answer all 20 prompts?

No. This isn't a challenge and there is nothing to complete. You might answer all twenty, spend a week with one, or discover that a single question was exactly the one you needed. Use them your way.

What do I receive?

You'll receive a beautifully designed digital PDF containing your 20 prompts, ready to download immediately after purchase. You can keep it digitally or print a copy for your own use.

Can I use the prompts more than once?

Absolutely — I'd encourage it. The question may stay exactly the same while your answer changes completely. Returning to a prompt weeks or months later can show you something you couldn't have seen the first time.

Will these prompts actually change my life?

I'm making no such promises. 😁 They're questions on a page, not magic spells. But a good question can change what you notice — and occasionally, what you notice changes rather more than you expected.
