Rather than storing thousands of copies in a warehouse, we work with carefully chosen publishing partners who use international print-on-demand technology. This means your order is printed especially for you, as close to your location as possible, before beginning its journey to your door.

It also means each copy is freshly printed, bound and carefully prepared just for you.

📦 Printed Especially For You

Because every journal or book is created especially for its new owner, we're unable to accept cancellations or returns simply because you've changed your mind.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product you've ordered, your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Most orders arrive within:

• UK: approximately 7–14 days, depending on shipping option
• International: delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services

If you've ordered more than one item, they may occasionally arrive separately depending on where they're printed.

💛 If Something Isn't Right

We genuinely hope every order arrives exactly as it should.

However, if your journal or book arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact the publishing partner shown on your order confirmation as soon as possible. They're best placed to arrange a replacement quickly and will usually ask for photographs of the issue.

Rather than every order being shipped from one country, your journal is produced locally wherever possible before beginning its journey to your door. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping while supporting faster delivery and a more sustainable way of creating books.
